Eva is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Langara College RMT Program. She takes a personalized patient-centered approach, recognizing that every body is unique. Her treatments consist of health history interview, physical assessment, hands-on therapy, and home-care recommendations.

Her techniques include myofascial release, active release, deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage for the neck and face, muscle energy techniques, hydrotherapy, and Swedish techniques.

Eva has a special interest in chronic pain, postural management, jaw tension and TMJD, tension headaches, and soft tissue tension associated with sleep difficulties. She focuses on identifying contributing factors and developing individualized treatment strategies to support recovery and overall well-being.

Eva also holds a Master of Design in Design Strategies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her background in design and project management contributes to her thoughtful, problem-solving approach to patient care.

Outside of the clinic, Eva enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves kickboxing, Pilates, swimming, travelling, and discovering new restaurants.
